GRAPHICS / ANIMATIONS, 2014
Sound and video were developed together, so they share the same state of mind of when I was making it.
The concept is about the creative process, the evolution of an idea: see shapes coming out of noise, and then use these shapes to generate others...

There is always something that links one section to the next: it can be the use of similar geometries, the use of the same algorhythm but applied to different shapes.

All the animations and graphics are code generated, thanks to Processing. Some of them are audio-reactive.

Some sort of 'automation timelines', made with Max MSP, were used to animate the sequences (sending OSC data), a handy trick to see the result in real time, in a way many sound and video editors are familiar with.
I then recorded the programs output in real time and assembled everything with video editing software.
